What you are looking for is any horse that is running in any race for which the prize money for the winner is significantly less than in its last race. (At least 25% lower).
The selection must have been favourite or joint favourite in its last race.
No bet if more than one horse meets the criteria.

The reasoning behind this system is that if the horse lost its last race stables often go on a "recovery mission" when the connections try to recoup previous losses. If it won the race they may be trying to build up a sequence whilst the horse is on the top of its form. In either case they may well chose a lower grade race to do this.
Level stakes would appear to be the best approach.
This I think is a plan that may still need some work but it could be the basis of a potentially profitable system and you are welcome to see what you can make of it.
